MotoVated Products Warrants the Kool Kase for 1 Full Year

MotoVated Products Co. warrants the Kool Kase Classic, and Kool Kase Stereo (excluding nozzles and radio in stereo model) against defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty extends to the original retail purchaser only. MotoVated Products, at it's option, will at no charge, either repair the product (with new or reconditioned parts), or refund the purchase price of the product during the warranty period. Repaired/replaced products or parts are warranted for either 90 days, or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover: (a) installation, maintenance, or service of the product; (b) defects or damage from misuse, use in other than the normal and customary manner, accident or neglect; (c) defects or damage from improper operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment, alteration, or modification; (d) defects or damage from abuse; (e) externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use.

How To Get Warranty Service

Prior to receiving warranty service, you must call and get a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from MotoVated Products. MotoVated Products will determine your warranty status through purchasing records. Warranty service will be provided by MotoVated Products. Please call our normal business telephone number @ (512) 789-3507 for information on returning your product to us. Any return shipment to MotoVated Products must be prepaid by the customer, and include your name, address, phone number, and an explanation of the problem. MotoVated Products will pay the shipping costs to return a product to you.
