Kool Kase Portable Mist Improvements for 2007
The Kool Kase Classic and Kool Kase Stereo were already
manufactured to high quality standards, which resulted
in very high reliability and virtually no maintenance.
Now, in an effort to provide an even greater value to
our customers, the Kool Kase comes with the following
enhanced features:
- Now features an 8 Amp battery (same size) instead of a 7 Amp battery for even longer life between charges
.
- Dual stage, smart battery charger with auto shut-off. Charge twice as fast
and not worry about over charging.
- Molded 2.1 mm battery charger power plug that
decreases the chance of accidentally pulling the wires
from the plug
.
- System now comes with a cooler conversion kit. This kit replaces the drain plug
on many roller ice chests, and the spout on Igloo water coolers. No more trying
to shove the suction line into the drain port while water spills out. Simply plug
one end of the suction line into the quick disconnect on the cooler, and the other
to the quick disconnect suction port on the Kool Kase.
- Replaced the PVC style pressure tank with a Flojet diaphragm style accumulator. This allows the
Kool Kase to be run in any position. Previous models typically needed to be run in an upright position.
- The spray wand included in the mist kit now comes with flex-coil tubing. This allows
greater extension of the spray wand, while decreasing the forces on the quick disconnect fitting
that could pull it out of the mist kit connector.
- New waterproof ATO blade style fuse holder used in electrical wiring vs. the previous AGC
glass style in-line fuse holder.
- New 3M brand IDC waterproof connectors used in
electrical wiring vs. the previous butt splice
connectors.
- 8 inch Velcro straps included in the kit replace the 5
inch versions offered previously. This makes it easier
to attach the mist line to the metal framing found in
E-Z Ups and other pop up shelters.
